    Description/Qualifications

    As our Senior Informatics Coordinator (IC), you will join a team of eight Epic Ambulatory IC’s. Our interactive, engaging team focuses on training clinical staff on the use of Epic and other information services systems affecting clinical workflows, following clinic implementations. We are expanding services provided, at a rapid pace, to include more community connect partners and more ambulatory/specialty clinics, as well as additional services to include new Epic modules based on the needs of the community partners.

     

    If you enjoy explaining technical concepts to non-technical professionals, translating administrative and operating requirements into clear, specific, and actionable curriculum, and teaching those curriculums to professional learners, then this may be the perfect position for you!

     

    You may be an ideal fit if you:

    • Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
    • Have at least five years of IT, Healthcare, or related experience.
    • Have at least five years’ experience working with adult learners.
    • Hold Epic Ambulatory certification. Proficiency in other areas, such as: MyChart, Cadence preferred, not required.
    • Have a flexible schedule that will allow you to cover 1-week on-call, 1x every 2-months (phone on evenings/weekends during coverage period).
