Your Team. Your Choice. Choose Salem Health.

Salem Health does more than provide high quality patient care. It is an organization that commits itself to empowering teams to create, innovate, and dream. We are looking for individuals who can challenge the status quo, raise the bar, and embrace change.

At Salem Health, we want trailblazers, self-starters, and creative thinkers to drive improvement in the health care arena where “patient-centered” is more than just words.

Salem Health is looking for a dynamic, driven, and business savvy individual to serve as the Site Administrator for our brand new Woodburn outpatient campus. We are proud to join the Woodburn community and its diverse population with this facility, which represents the newest addition to Salem Health’s growing Medical Group. Construction for the full campus is underway and is targeted to open winter 2019; a temporary site is in current operation. The 31,000 sqft facility will include a robust offering of services, including Family Medicine, which is designated by CMS as a Rural Healthcare clinic, Pediatrics, Mental Health, Urgent Care, Laboratory Services, Imaging, and Obstetrics, and there is potential for additional specialties as well.

The Site Administrator role is an exciting opportunity! As Administrator, you will participate at the ground level, including involvement in the initial design of the building, program strategy, and business development. In addition to collaboration with our key leaders, the successful individual in this position will be integral in building Salem Health’s relationships within the community, both with existing partnerships and through ongoing outreach in and around the broader Woodburn area.

Once the campus is fully operational, you, with the assistance of a Site Supervisor, will be at the helm of the team of up to 60 personnel, providing leadership and ongoing management of employed providers, contracted providers, and staff, as well as overseeing the day-to-day administration of campus operations.

As the liaison and representative of our Woodburn campus, you must possess the ability to foster and maintain complex, collaborative relationships-- both within Salem Health and within the community. Business development expertise, contract creation, negotiation, and administration, as well as experience in the development of a new site location will be critical to your success.

You may be an ideal fit if you:

    • Hold Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business or a related field.
    • Currently hold a Master’s degree, or can obtain within three (3) years of hire.
    • Have a minimum of three (3) years management experience.
    • Have outpatient clinic management experience.

    • Annual leadership incentive bonus program
    • Growing medical group that has doubled in size in two years
    • Designated as a Top Workplace in Oregon
    • Live amidst Oregon's Wine Country - 2016 Wine Region of the Year! - in the beautiful Willamette Valley
    • Ideal central location -- 30-minute drive to Portland, 1.5 hour drive to the Pacific Ocean, 1 hour drive to Mt. Hood

As a leader in the local industry, Salem Health offers a generous total rewards package, an empowering culture, and a commitment to the development and growth of our in-house talent. Our work is grounded in respect for people and continuous improvement and we invite you to partner with us to further our mission.
