As an MLS Medical Technologist with Salem Health, you will be responsible for performing laboratory tests to ensure accuracy of test results as well as to exercise appropriate judgment in the case of questionable or abnormal results. In this role, you will apply your keen critical thinking and analytical skills to assure precise and timely reporting of high complexity laboratory test results with minimal supervision.
