Your Team. Your Choice. Choose Salem Health.
Salem Health does more than provide high quality patient care. It is an organization that commits itself to empowering teams to create, innovate, and dream. We are looking for individuals who can challenge the status quo, raise the bar, and embrace change.
At Salem Health, we want trailblazers, self-starters, and creative thinkers to drive improvement in the health care arena where “patient-centered” is more than just words.
The Intermediate Care Unit at Salem Health is a team of nurses and CNAs that are highly trained and pride themselves on providing exceptional care every time to each of their patients. The IMCU nursing staff has the opportunity for advancement through its professional development pathway, which utilizes the novice to expert nursing theory as a framework. The hospital’s New Grad Residence Program incorporates AACN’s Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO). This program provides first-time nurses with a blended learning process of computer-based education, precepted clinical training, and classroom experience sensitive to the local diverse and multicultural environment.
