    We are currently seeking a talented Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient team!

    Ready to join a team of other highly professional OTs? This unscheduled role conducts evaluations and utilizes findings to plan and implement occupational therapy treatments to restore, reinforce and/or enhance a person’s ability to cope and function independently under the direction of a physician and occupational therapy supervisory staff. Applies the principles of professional practice in occupational therapy in evaluating and treating upper extremity dysfunction and pain, problems in carrying out activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living. Fabricates and utilizes upper extremity orthosis. Utilizes assistive devices, splints, and prosthetics. Intervenes for cognitive-perceptual disorders. Works with patient/family/caregivers(s) and/or employers in the development and implementation of treatment strategies during intervention and post discharge.

    Consults with physicians and other members of the rehabilitation team to deliver a coordinated intervention program that meets the holistic needs of the patient. Participates in continuing education activities to enhance clinical practice skills.


     You may be an ideal fit if you:  

    • BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, or certification by NBCOT required.
    • Minimum of one (1) year of experience or clinical rotation in department specific area required.
    • Graduate of a program approved by the Committee on Accreditation in Education of the American Occupational Therapy Association, and holds a valid license to practice in the state of Oregon or is license eligible.
    • BLS from the AHA within 90 days of hire required.
