As our Service Desk Associate / Solution Center Operator II, you will join a large call center environment as part of a team of 25 hospitality oriented professionals, focused on technical assistance for internal and external customers. This hybrid position offers you variety in your day, where you will operate the hospital telecommunications system / switchboard, serving as a telephone operator, and centralized scheduler, scheduling patient appointments for our Medical Group.
