    Description/Qualifications

    Salem Health is currently seeking experienced RN's or new BSN graduates from an accredited school of nursing to join our team of professionals! Are you flexible, driven and passionate? Delivering the highest level of healthcare quality is essential to the vitality of our community.

    What you'll need:

    • New Grads (External)- Requires BSN or non-nursing Bachelor's Degree with MSN. Bachelor of Arts in Nursing also accepted. 
      • Will consider new Chemeketa graduate if already licensed as RN and enrolled in Linfield's RN to BSN program with designated completion date; must sign agreement to complete BSN within two (2) years of hire. 
    • New Grads (Internal) - Requires BSN or non-nursing Bachelor's Degree with MSN. Bachelor of Arts in Nursing also accepted. 
      • Will consider new ADN graduate if enrolled in a RN to BSN program; must sign agreement to complete BSN within two (2) years of transfer. 
    • Less than one (1) year of nursing experience required.
    • Unencumbered licensure to practice nursing as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oregon by Tuesday, November 5th, 2019.
    • BLS issued by the American Heart Association required by Tuesday, November 5th, 2019. 

    Start date for the cohort is November 11th, 2019!
